There are no hidden or surprise fees for any of our programs other than those explicitly expressed below. Please note that textbook fees are included in the tuition for the intensive English as a Second Language program. They are additional for Business English and Business Information Technology Programs. All are provided to students at their cost to MLI.
Please note that certain fees are non-refundable once the related service is performed. Please read MLI’s ‘cancellation and refund policy’ below for further information.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Please note that no refund will be given for any transaction older than 120 days and no funds will be transferred from one student to the other. Refunds will only be issued to the order of the person who made the payment. All refunds will be made within 10 business days, either via check, wire transfer, or as credit back to the credit card used for the related transaction, after receipt of the original invoice, a copy of payment receipt or proof of payment.
In all cases, the date the cancellation notice is given via e-mail or a facsimile message will be of consideration. The submission of documentation can follow this notice; however all required documentation must be received by MLI no later than 25 business days (five weeks) after a cancellation request.
The tuition and refundable fees are fully refunded in the following cases:
1 - Cancellation up until ten business days before classes begin: Tuition and all refundable fees are fully refunded upon receipt of the documentation described above.
2 - Class cancellations before the term begins.
The tuition paid for the first term is refunded by 75% for cancellations within the last five business days before the classes begin, by 50% the first week after the classes begin, and by 25% the second week after the classes begin. No tuition is refunded after 10 business days following the commencement of classes. Tuition paid in advance for subsequent terms is fully refundable. All refundable fees are fully refunded if the related service is not performed.
